Project Overview
AHRQ PSNet (Patient Safety Network) is a premier resource for patient safety information, managed by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ). The platform serves healthcare professionals by providing valuable tools, research articles, and educational resources to improve patient safety.
My Contributions
As the lead product designer, I have been continuously working on improving the platform since 2020. My contributions include leading the platform’s first major redesign and implementing multiple feature updates, such as personalized content for logged-in users, optimized account onboarding, and the integration of new resource types. Through these efforts, I aimed to increase user engagement, improve content discoverability, and ensure a more user-friendly experience.
